Listen Captain Pyle, the car show results have NEVER been posted to my knowledge, and I at most only miss 3 days on the forum, here and there.

I have even volunteered to help put this stuff together previously.

Except for that time I did it last year. LOL.

Last year was my first year as Prez, I'm 1 for 1, bro.

I think in the past they were published but not sure what/where they are. Somewhere, someone has all the judging sheets from every car show ever.

Ah yes, fair assessment. Forgot about that too Don. Ok, fine, I'll let him go 2 for 2 right now.

I will say though, tough to decide which was cooler. I had a nice string of magnets going.

I feel bad when I see others with such high scores not winning against a car like mine that didn't score as high, however I want to justify my win.

First of all I beleive I was the only one in my class, 9c1 and others under certain milage, which is rare with ex police cars I guess.

Secondly,I really am at a loss at how to gain more points whan you are dealing with stock cars.

I mean I am not talking cheap here,

Unmolested mint leather SS wheel

Mint console,carpet,dash,no rips in seats

Mint wheels,no marks or clear peeling

Original paint inside all doors, not a mark

Under hood near perfect condition,no rust anywhere, completely stock

Mint, mint, mint, never mounted wheel from Revoh, new never used tire, and yes it is bolted down under the center cap

Brand new GM taillights, installed just for this event

One judge told me this was the cleanest (original) behind the plate he saw all day.

Hard to tell but the tips are polished like chrome

And the paint was only a few weeks old,no chips or scratches

All I am is saying is these are well earned awards, and if anyone thinks it is easy feel free to try your luck Kentucky

Congrats to all who did,man there are some beautiful, rides on here.

Lorne.

Post #18 was certainly for me, thanks BK!!!!! I'll do it next year if you want though!

Lorne, I think you had some hard judges man. I'm shocked I came out as high as I did. After the car went down for the count, I didn't spend any real time cleaning it. I still don't see my car being able to reach the 170s. I'm going to clean it to the fullest extent next year, but we'll see. More work to do. I feel like the car show prep is more work than it's worth!
