How did you mount your F-Body MAF, using the K&N FIPK?

In the original location? Relocate the MAF to the elbow?

Search function used to be so nice :'(

I bought my K&N used. The rubber MAF parts had been opened up to use a larger F body MAF. I had to use some rubber strips to get them to seal on my B body MAF. So, you can open yours up with something like a die grinder or a dremel. Or, send me yours and I will send you mine!

...or just ditch the rubber parts that came with the kit and buy a $3 SS coupler at Home Depot. FIPK filter will clamp directly to the plastic tube...tube to coupler...coupler to F-body MAF....MAF to F-body elbow (assume B-body is same size??)

you will need to extend the MAF cable www.innovativewiring.com has that

i had my MAF in the stock location.

I had to open up the hole in the heat shield and in the rubber coupler and lube everything up to get it to fit.
