A search should garner a number of different configurations.

One is the Caddy hat, sewer pipe, and cone filter. Another is the dual snorkel, with a second intake tube assembly hooked to opposite side of the toaster. I do not think there is much else that would qualify for a cold air intake. to make room for the air cleaner for the Caddy hat/sewer pipe system, you can move the vapor canister under the wheelhouse extension with a bracket from a 94-96 vapor canister, that is located on the opposite side.

With enough money and imagination, you could probably find something different.

Any of the ones that look like commas. Grab the rubber connector, the bolts that hold the TBI to the manifold, and the bent stud and nut. You need a 20 inch piece of 3 inch standard drain pipe, a 45 degree street elbow, and a filter that fits a 3 1/2 tube. If you can get an aluminum tube, you can use a filter for a smaller diameter tube. Make a two sided "box" from thin gauge sheet metal (aluminum or steel) to separate the filter from the heated part of the engine compartment, so it can draw air from behind the headlight and around the horns. Use a piece of rubber seal (part of a door seal will work) to seal against the hood.

Is a filter like this large enough for the 350?

Anything seems better than the 1" tube that came factory, but what do you think?

If I were to choose between the two you listed, I would pick the first one.

You do not have the room for a long filter like the second one, if you mount it where the vapor canister is, and put a box around the filter. I moved the vapor canister behind the wheelhouse extension with a canister bracket from a 94-96.
