Fixing for a buddy, and this Is a trickster. He says it would start, idle for 10-15 mins and lose power and die. Now it cranks but no longer starts. I've searched common issues, so in order to improve accuracy in what it is, heres what ive already done:
•Tested all fuses and starter circuits, and bypassed fuse #4, no luck.
•unplugged MAF and coolant temp sensor and cranked
•checked inside throttle body
•checked crankshaft pos. Sensor
•tested current in one spark plug wire
There is a vacuum line that appeared to go out from the passenger firewall about 2 feet, slightly bending halfway through. It had been broken so idk which direction it goes. I am left with either distributor or fuel. Thanks!
