Few steps forward .

Housing was straightened

Tubes and plugs redone

MW ends welded on .

Word to the wise , if you are spending money on building a diff up , check to make sure it is straight first before investing money in a bent housing.
Was not a big aside in this case as I was doing ends anyway but this wagon housing had a pronounced sag .

It is important to note that I did not do the finish work on my tubes this time around
The housing had to be straightened and and jigged for the ends and I do not own the fixture.
,
The guy that did the tubes and ends , Dwayne Kremyr , I use on the race car pieces where a failure could be catastrophic.

Prepping , this housing was exceptionally clean to start with.
I washed it ,glass beaded, repeatedly warmed it, dosed and scrubbed the joints with acetone

Are the stock axle's splines bent/deformed after that race? Or is material stripped away from them? Pardon my lack of knowledge at what I'm seeing. :)

Sedan stand off dimension allows thick flanges and bolt in studs.
When I had the wagon dimension, this was impossible
