I have a 1996 impala ss and i cant seem to figure out why code p0151 bank 2 sensor 1 low voltage keeps coming back it has brand new o2 sensor cleaned connectors still code comes back.

Check for vacuum leaks at the exhaust manifold, and/or the right side of the inlet manifold, and/or the injector o-rings.
Believe it or not, a brokeass smoke test might be enough to detect it. Smoke a cigarette or a cigar (or something else) and get as much smoke as reasonably possible into the intake while the engine is running. You may very well find the leak with your eyeballs.

Then again, a talented mech might find the leak with his/her earballs.

I also realized that there is no vacuum coming from the throttle body port that connects to the breather on passenger side value cover

Don't forget to change PCV Valve.

1. What brand new sensor? Bosch has long-reported bad rep.
2. How many broke ex. man. bolts on the PS?
