Ok been prepping hood/grille/bumpers for paint... I know I have to sand down the bumper covers and stuff, but as far as primer/paint what do I use? Im just asking b/c the bumper covers are like rubber/plastic material... Do I use the same paint/primer I would for the hood?? Or do I need different stuff b/c its a different material?? Thx

if they are bare plastic you should scuff the bumpers , and youll need an adhesion promoter

after that you can prime the bumper, but it would be easier to use a sealer then you can let that flash then start with your base
