Im trying to get ready for the summer so i recently turned on my ac... to my suprise it was blowing hot air. I checked the freeon pressure and it was fine, the compressor was engaging like it should but i still was getting hot air...so i changed the orofice and recharged the system but it still blew hot air.

You probably should of posted this in the Engine Maintenance/Problems or Misc sections.

Sounds like your compressor is done. I bet if you do a pressure check on the low pressure side, it will read high. Not sure the exact numbers, but the pressure kit has instructions. Never try to charge a compressor that is reading high on the low side . If you're using one of the kits from the auto parts store, you could end up with an explosion. :eek:

What are the reading? High and Low preasure along with the outside air temp.
