air ride is the ****. you dont have body roll that much if you have individual valves for each corner. I even cut off my sway bar to allow for further side to side movement. I never installed shocks and it rides smooth. THe heavy weight of the car holds it down with minimal bounce. To lay frame you have to get drop spindles up front and cut: fender wells, inner fenders, fender supports. Remove/relocate A/C, hood shocks, power supply, overflow tank, washer tank. In the back its a lot more work. I've made the front lay frame and its a **** load of work but it looks cool. I would say if you want to lay frame and do all the extra work you'll need to add about 30hrs of work. Lots of work and I'm not sure that its worth it.
my car is very low right now and I added drag blocks inorder to keep it up. That way I dont have to worry about cutting my tires when I drop it as I drive. if it were to just lay there it'd be fine but I gotta drag it.
