Helping a friend troubleshooting a EFI fuse problem I found a clifford alarm module. Acording to my friend it's never worked. I took it out. ( What an idiot) Now the car will crank but not turn over. I suspect a code not being sent to the control module. Any one out there have any ideas or at least a place to start looking.

BTW this is not an Impala but a friends 91 Toyota truck.

Thanks Bob

Most Clifford alarms are installed with an ignition kill relay that is normally open, if the alarm is tampered with or removed the car will not start.
Trace the wiring from the alarm module and look for a single Bosch type relay, once you find the relay it should be easy to see where the original ignition wire was spliced, remove the relay and splice the ignition wire back together.

Good Luck,
Steve
