Does anyone out there happen to have the alignment specs for an 1987 Caprice Wagon? I have one with the 307 V8, "Y" code engine VIN and A/C. I believe the engine is really made by Pontiac but have never been able to confirm this. I do know that everything on this car seems backwards in relation to how the Alternator, etc. is mounted. I am getting the front end aligned and would like to know what the caster, camber and toe should be so I can compare it to the printout I receive.

It's still a 77-96 Bcar as far as the frame/chassis are concerned, so it takes the same alignment specs for any 1977-1996 fullsize GM car. IIRC the old HERD website had Mueller's stock and improved alignment specs listed in the FAQ pages, and it's probably crossposted elsewhere. Maybe even here if you search for it.

You can take a 77 frame and put it under a 96, and vice versa..... and IIRC someone has used 94-96 chassis under a brick boxy sedan before. HTH.

The 307 is an Olds engine.

GM has updated their alignment specs a few times through the years, but like Ken said, you can use the latest ones, no problem.

This will work fine.

I do have the Mueller updated specs but I got yelled at so I took them down a few years ago.
