I’m dropping another LT1 in my 1993 which was a 350tbi…..I have a painless wiring harness that’s already wired but a few wires are tied into the old harness and old relay box….I just wanna remove all the old wiring and harness and get everything wired up and clean under my dash and hood.

You might want to grab some "new" wiring from a donor car.

remove the aftermarket gauges and other crap from your dash. it also looks like someone has interfered with your radio harness I would find stock connectors and rewire them, then get an adapter harness if you want to go aftermarket. I personally prefer stock radios now, there are options for making them bluetooth. now your dash harness is cleaned up. i would maybe look at a wiring diagram before removing the stock underhood "relay center". I doubt you can simply remove it and have everything work. i would splice in the painless harness to your existing harness to provide power, relays, etc.
