Just wondering if anyone has actually tried the Cherry Bomb Vortex mufflers?

A local shop says that they are fairly quiet but have a very deep sound. Everything I have read on the web seems to lean towards being loud.

I'm looking to switch out my 3" system and go with something quieter.
