I was driving today and noticed my drivers side spring was making noise. I check and found that my spring is broke. I was just wondering what springs should I buy for it? I was thinking of bagging her and suggestions.

P.S. It's a 1991 Caprice Classic with the 305

Thanks
Danny

What does that have to do with shocks? Anyway, to answer your question about what springs to get you'll need to tell us what you want them to do. Do you want to lower it, raise it up, improve the handling, make the ride softer, etc?

I would like to lower it.

Sorry about the shock thing, I changed it.

Thanks

There are a couple of options depending on how much money you want to spend. I'll let the B-Body experts take over from here on exact recommendations, but probably the cheapest way would be with Impala SS springs (assuming you don't want to do any cutting).

I would go with a set of SS springs. The SS springs are a little lower, also your handling will improve.
