Rule No. 1 about the internet: If it's on the internet, it's over 50% probability it's incorrect.
Rule No. 1a about the internet: Internet vendors are notorious for inaccurate application fitments.

First Red Flag is the description states they're for a truck.
Second Red Flag is that completing the actual fitment table it states the applicable fits the "front lower"
Third Red Flag is the manufacturer's direct site does not show any product using the online vendor's listed 'Manufacturer Part Number'
The manufacturer's direct site lists 2 appropriate part nos. specifically for a '96 Impala SS; one for lower and one for upper.

Worst case scenario is you install the lowers and throw away the uppers. And then buy the uppers again.
Best case is you buy directly from the manufacturer for greatest assurance of lowest chance for frustration. And it will be cheaper than the worst case scenario.

BJs are probably in the top 3 worst suspension parts to be selected based on 'good price'.
Your selected manufacturer may be fine, and many guys find good results using Moog 'Problem Solver Series' suspension parts.

Ok. I did not think of going to their website, but now that you mention it, it's probably a good idea.

I'll check Rockauto for some Moogs.

2wd truck ball joints wont fit?
