Hands down 3 Pedals LS swap headers (made by Ultimate Header but sold through 3 Pedals and I believe KDS as well). They are made for an LS B body with KDS mounts and fitment is perfect everywhere. I was originally running F body headers but I wasn't happy with the ground clearance (pass side collector hangs lower with F body headers and bottomed out on everything with my lowered car).

For most F body headers you have to trim or cut out the A arm support straps, may have to ding a primary tube, deal with the ground clearance issue if you have a lowered car. They fit pretty good, but for me the ground clearance with a 3" collector was really annoying.

The three pedals header fits perfect everywhere, no clearance issues everywhere. No need to trim the A arm support straps, more room for a thermostatic oil cooler block on the side of the motor, plenty of starter clearance. I installed both headers under 15 minutes, they both just lifted right up into place.

They aren't cheap but they are made from 321 stainless so you'll never have to worry about them rusting, don't require any coatings and have a great sealing flange design. I'm going to post a video review of my exhaust setup at some point but I need to find a new computer to edit the video as my old one took a dump lol.

I didn't realize that they also made headers for the LT cars. Sweet.
I might be wrong but I'm pretty sure they are referring to gen 5 LT , not gen 2 LT engines. For a stock LT1 engine I would go with Clear Image Automotive, same quality and fit as the 3 pedals headers but for an LT1 car.

You are wrong, based on the headers being listed for 91-96 Caprice/Impala.

Ok, I'll be polite , Please show us .

I see on three pedals sight

Ultimate headers for LS or gen V LT1-4

The old clear image gen 2 LT1 options

BBK shorties for gen 2 LT1

On Ultimate headers sight I see nothing about 77-96 B body header for a gen 2 LT!

For some reason I can't find it now either. I was just looking at a page that listed a bunch of really expensive headers for "91-96 Impala".

I searched the word "impala" just now on ultimateheaders.com, and got zero results. What the hell is going on?

We also offer LS swap headers for the 94 - 96. I just haven't up-dated my website for a long time. They are a long tube TRI-Y design since most of the engines are not exceeding 5800 rpm. 1 3/4" primary tubes, 2" secondary tubes with 2 1/2" collectors. V-band flanges and 3/8" header flanges. 100% 304 stainless. $1295.00 retail. Tuck up and clear everything beautifully.

There are roughly 6 sets installed with one more going in soon.
3 using KDS mounts and the others using another brand but I can not recall which. No fitment issues with any of the mounts. At least that have been reported to me. Usually no news means good news. When we had the donor car we did not have enough time to duplicate the off-road pipes so I do not have cats or off-road pipes available. Customers have either had their exhaust built from the headers back or have ordered our full exhaust system and then had cats or off-road pipes made during the installation. When we make the exhaust system for a car with an LS, we do a different design based on our Pro series headers for the LT1. The exhaust allows for adjustments in width, length and height when matching up to our LS headers or any other LS headers out there. All of the joints are slip fit so the lengths can be adjusted, cut and then welded or clamped. The first time I designed an exhaust for a LS swapped car, I was on vacation in Boston and went and crawled under a customers car for an hour. I took measurements and made drawings. When I got back home I bent the system and shipped it. It was pretty much a drop in to the headers he had. They were not ours. I can't remember the brand but the collectors used a weird, flat design with the 4 primary tubes all side by side. I'm not sure why the company chose a flat collector as there is plenty of room to use a standard 4 way, or in our case, a 2 way final collector with the TRI-Y design.

No worries on sounding demanding. I am a vendor but hardly ever get on here and haven't ever pushed sales for these particular headers, simply because we are always slammed with production. Currently 6 weeks out.
