Yes, they fit and work.

Application lists simply indicate that the manufacturer (Bilstein in this case) fitted the product only to those vehicles listed, and thus will not put a wagon-specific vehicle application in their catalog, as they cannot guarantee the product works on that specific vehicle.

This community has done the test fit and confirmed that the Bilstein shocks work just fine on the B35 Wagon chassis.

Bilstein has very specific R&D procedures for its products, and we're very lucky that they were involved in development of their products for the Chevy police cars back in the late 80's and early 90's--there may be better shocks today, but the offerings they still have are an excellent starting point. Most other shock suppliers have a far more "generic" approach to shock absorbers, and you'd be surprised how many vehicles a "brand X" shock will fit. It's one of the things that makes many aftermarket car parts less costly, since a shock, or brake pad, or some other item that can fit on many different cars, sompared to a specific "this model only" product, can take advantage of the economies of scale, in part, to make the cost to consumer less, or enhance profit for the manufacturer or retailer, or both.

What is interesting is to look at the Bilstein catalog and notice how many other vehicles use the 1104 and/ot 0929 at one end or the other--mainly other GM applications. The 1516 and 1517 are pretty much exclusive to the late B-chassis, I recall.
