Help - Got my dash opened on 91 Caprice
......Replaced Fan Blower Switch....but
blower still doesn't operate on the
settings below high.....Does this have a
multi-speed blower motor......Dont have
an owners manual.....

sounds like blower speed resistor

Not working on anything but high is a typical symptom of a bad resistor pack, I just replaced mine last week. About $15 at the dealer, maybe a 15 minute job. It's located above the passenger footwell below the glove box. Once you remove that cover you will see it held on with four screws, it has a rectangular base and a rectangular four prong plug in it.
