I am thinking about replacing all body mounts with the Energy Suspension kit. I want a nice firm ride and in my area there are a lot of twisty roads, so I'm not really worried about harshness.

Summit sells two durometers: Extra firm durometer bushing 3-4136 (Police, taxi, race car recommend firmer durometer set 3-4136) and 3-4145. I would go with the regular as it's already much stiffer than rubber.

I called Energy and they said that the black body mounts do not have graphite because they don't need it like a control arm bushing would. The kit includes core supports.

Is the #3 position the only position that requires a new bolt (assuming the others are reusable)?
