Thanks for the links. How did you go about modifying the ac lines? Where did you source the o ring fittings? Also, how did you route the lines to and from the compressor?

Sorry for the late reply Joe, I sourced all my parts for the project from A/Ction Air in Irving Texas. They gave me an old Omega (omega-usa.com) catalog, I found the parts numbers I needed, I bought all the crimp on fittings and hoses and dryer (NOT CRIMPED). I then mocked everything up, marked the orientation for the fittings and took everything back for final production. I re-used the OE blocks for the Evaporator & Compressor as well as the hard lines connecting to the condenser. There is one picture in the link I posted that halfway shows the routing of the compressor lines behind the fender well near the firewall then along the fender toward the front of the fender. The Compressor hoses just sweep from he compressor back and up towards the fuse box then behind the fender well. Hooked up just as the original ones would be, one line to compressor from the dryer/koomy the other from the compressor to the condenser.

As for more progress on the turbo aspect of the project, as stated above, down pipes are now going down in a conventional manner as opposed to into the fender well:

Notice how close Coil #6 is to the downpipe (Just like everything else!!), ill have to modify EFIConnection's bracketry in the near future:

And here is the driver side piping progress....

And now the wastegate piping....

With a Tial MV-R 44mm Wastegate installed. Wastegate exhaust will eventually dump into the downpipe.

Also as with coil #6, coil #5 is rather close to the downpipe.
Washer fluid tank is no longer on the fender well....will have to figure that one out later as well.

In the mean time, not sure if this belongs in another section but, started the battery relocation process. Will be moving it to the trunk. Looked into relocation kits, wasn't satisfied, so I acquired all the lugs, crimper and wire I'd need for the project. Starting off....

(The red wire set up top is part of the kit I got from Gary years ago, I'll be hacking it up and utilizing part of it)

Starter, Alternator and Fuse Block Wires, as well as a buss bar to split the main 2/0 power source from the trunk.

Optimatrays.com built this tray for me from a simple drawing I sent them...I'd imagine if anyone is interested in one like this or your own, give them a shout, they did nice work.

Finishing up the Battery Relocation....I had seen this battery location on one other car for sure on the forum. Not sure who, but it is a great idea! Modified Scott Zimmermann's Trunk Kit.

And The Wastegate Dump

Tial Q 50mm BOV's...

An Overall Of the Project (Minus The Off Driver Side Wastgate Completeion)

Added an Extension For The Upper Radiator Hose Connection.

As Mentioned In Previous Posts, Some of The Coils Needed Relocated, Here on the Left is The Re-designed Coil Mounting Bracketry which shifts the coils about an inch up.

Coming up will be Finishing up the other WG Piping, Completing Intercooler piping, removal of everything for polish and coating/heat treatment. Putting it all back together and heat shielding wires, and figuring out oil lines as well as washer fluid, coolant and power steering reservoirs...Lots of work ahead. Oh yes and completing the exhaust.

Boy, I hope you jigged this thing up so you can build me a set! This is one clean looking set-up!

Interested to see what under hood temps are like with all that hotside piping in there. Any plans for heat extraction?

I have not sat down and brainstormed any heat extraction. But the thought has certainly crossed my mind. I will be coating and wrapping the piping even though the stainless looks mighty nice. Thinking about louvered hood and such but I may see what's really going on once I get the temp gun out...the intake filters aren't gonna like all the heat either.

Also...my idea for relocating the PCM on the front of the engine. With plans to have some Rubber mounts of low to medium Durometer Rating. (The Harness is Not Long Enough To Route Under The Turbo To Its Original Home)

A Paper Prototype...
