I have been looking for the VORTECH carb legal kit for my mild 383 95 caprice . I just bought this camaro kit on ebay

. The guy says it fits impala ss but I know there is differences . I hope I did not mess up buying this. What will I need to buy to fit it to my engine? Thanks!

My guess would be mounting brackets and/or mounting location due to difference(s) in camaro accessory drive.

If it doesn't fit, and you can show the seller said it would, then no issue w/ getting refund through eBay.
Their policies have gotten somewhat better recently regarding this type of issue.

The accessory drive is different, which would necessitate different brackets to mount the supercharger. The packaging requirements to fit the intake ducting is also different, which would necessitate different tubing.

The eBay guy has no clue as to if it'd fit a B-Body and is simply trying to make a sale.

You should look into the kit by Rocky Mountain competitive research. It's the only kit still available for the 94- 96 Impala SS. It uses the vortec blower but they make their own bracket and afterwards cooler to fit an impala. http://rmcrperformance.com/products-2/94-94-impala-ss/
