for the basics and a small up grade that you can still daily but still will be better with a program. all the research i did over the years people like the GM 845 cam, and the Crane 227.

I was told by Lloyd Elliot that a GM 845 cam, some of his stage one heads, and upgraded from stock valve springs, will give me another 100 H.P. over stock and idle allllmost like stock.

From doing that cam alone he got 100 HP? Seriously!
