Those L99 bins are fairly rare, but I managed to get one by asking around over at the Monodax forum. You will need TunerCat, AKM cable, yadda, yadda, yadda...or a friend with the goodies.
94/95 PCM is OBD-I, and pretty easy to tune. 96 is OBD-II, and requires better equipment. What year is the car? if it's a 96, you can use an OBD-I PCM... just gotta do a cheap fix.
