thats a caprice hood and grille as well. Unless the grille fits on a roadmaster sedan hood? I'm not so sure now, I always thought those weren't interchangeable.

I believe the wagon is different than the sedan. I at least know that the grille itself between a wagon and a sedan are different....Meaning the wagon grille wont fit on a sedan and vice/versa

The Roadmaster sedan and wagon noses are very different. The RMS uses unique parts. The RMW uses the same hood and fenders as the Caprice/SS wagon and sedan. The RMW uses a different grille, bumper cover, and bumper support. [RMW grille is taller and the bumper cover has a deep impression to account for it.]

Looking at the large gap between the grille and the bumper cover, it looks like he might have a RMW bumper and a Caprice grile.

There is also some electrical, and you will need to use the sedan's inner fenders, other than that it's a simple bolt on with some tweeks.
