Caprice Classic with 20" Irocs needs to be droped neatly. will factory SS springs do the trick.

Define "neatly". If you mean about an inch from stock Caprice height, then yes. If you mean tucking those dubs and scrapin frame, then no, the SS springs aren't going to get the job done.

Hotchkis and other springs will drop it about an inch from stock SS height.
