General Rules for your car to qualify to race.
91 to 96 B-bodies only. The intent and spirit of the rules is to restrict the racing to stock appearing 91 to 96 B-bodies only. We would like to stay away from gutted interiors, 3" skinny front tires and headlight delete cold air systems.
Car and driver must pass the local track safety inspection and have all required safety equipment as per local official rules.
Big Blocks and other motor swaps are allowed, any tranny and any drive train is allowed.
The exhaust system must meet the requirements for the local track that the event is being held. Some events may allow open headers, some may require a full exhaust system.
Any gasoline is allowed, no minimum weight restriction.
Windows must be glass, no plastic or Lexan.
Full interior must be installed...no exceptions.
All body panels must be factory original steel, (or equivalent), accept hood and bumpers.
Hood, bumper covers and trim can be made of any material and of any aftermarket shape or style.
Suspension mods are unrestricted
Any fuel system is allowed.
Any sized rear tire is allowed but the front tire must be near "stock" size, (meaning...no front skinnies).
No Substitute Drivers are allowed.
"Super Sport" bracket racing class is foot brake only...no starting line aids or electronic ET aids, no transbrakes. Anyone caught cheating will be banned from ISSCA racing events for 5 years. No exceptions.
Class Record ET and MPH runs will be held during the 1st round of eliminations. No other runs count toward National Records. National records will be verified by the National Racing Steward staff and submitted to the ISSCA Historian for archival purposes.
Respectfully submitted,
Karl Ellwein

Karl;

I think you should make the ban for only one year. You might want to add a $100.00 fine to that and if it's not paid you get a 2 yr ban.
There has to be some way of appealing any ban
after the fine is paid first. If the appeal is upheld and the ban is found to be incorrect the fine will be returned. Any fees for the appeal will be sole responsiblity of the person that has been banned. All appeals
must be made in writing within 30 days of infraction to the Head Racing Steward and brought before the Board of Directors for a hearing within 30 days after recieving the written appeal.
