I know several of you are interested in our headers and I have spoken to my suppliers about purchasing materials in bulk again to get the prices down. Unfortunately prices have gone up in the last few months as summer approaches so I'm going to need to purchase a pretty significant amount of material in order to offer such a discount. I am going to need to see at least 20 orders for headers. I don't know if that's a reasonable expectation or not. So let me know. With 20 orders I should be able to discount $200.00 off retail. If this works out, it isn't going to be a quick turn. Just as our exhaust sale at Christmas, it took a long time to get the bulk tubing, mufflers and flanges in.

Let me know what you all think.

Thanks.

I am interested. What would be the cost for a set for my 91? Do you have ball flange on the outlets & the connecting pipes for them? I am running LT1 dual exhaust. O2 sensor bungs on both sides for my wide bands? What kind of coating? I know a tall order just looking to see what it will run me. Feel free to e-mail me.

Okay this is a go. Between posting this here and on Facebook, we have had plenty of interest. I ordered material and we started processing orders yesterday. Please call us today to get your orders in and to discuss any questions or options you are interested in.

To answer a few questions:

GEN II TRI-Y and Quad headers are available in 304 stainless for the same discount.
Sorry, we do not offer the Originals in stainless.

We use 304 stainless only, 409 is not an option.

Website is out of date and I have not been able to get in. So here are the current prices of headers, cat converters and off-road pipes.

Original TRI-Y headers - $650.00
Hi-flow converters - $430.00
Off-road pipes - $90.00

GEN II TRI-Y headers - $755.00
Hi-flow converters - $430.00
Off-road pipes - $90.00

1 5/8" Quad-1 headers - $755.00
Hi-flow converters - $430.00
Off-road pipes - $90.00

Thanks again everyone.

Dan, are the prices below including the $200 off retail gp price, and does that include the ceramic coating? Also, would you be willing to do your lay away plan on on of these sets with gp pricing? Interested just not sure i can swing the whole thing right now. Thanks

The prices above are current retail prices. They do NOT include the discount. Ceramic coating is NOT included in these prices. We do not do ceramic coating here. We can send them out to be coated for $295.00 for TRI-Y headers and $315.00 for Quad-1 headers. Or you can get them coated at a place of your choice.

No way to offer Lay-A-Way and the sale prices. Sorry. The sale prices are based on a quantity order for material and building them in a production run. By the time Lay-A-Ways get paid we end up ordering material and building the products by themselves.

This sale will close this Friday.

Thanks.

So if you don't apply the coating, than how does that work with the lifetime warranty stated on the website?
