Back rear left tire feels like its vibrating when I'm up to speeds over 70 but only does this on highways.

95 Buick RMS with 2.56

How can I check if its missing weights? What other problems may I be in for?

The tire shop you bought it from may rebalance it for you for free, especially if you bought the tires new.

Seriously, that's the speed to feel a thrown weight. Have them ALL rebalanced just to eliminate a big variable. Don't fret about the cost. You need to be able to diagnose if a ds/u-jt./tran mount/alignment problem is coming on.
