1g4bN52p is a Buick Roadmaster … ???????

1g4bT52p is a Buick Roadmaster … ???????

What year (s) are these - the 10th digit?

Not showing in 94 Buick FSM.

BTW - 94 FSM has a mistake here - it shows "Q" for 1994 when it should be "R". 95 is "S", 96 is "T". 93 is "P".
