so we are encouraged to double post now?It is actually sort of kind of important that you can't go back and edit. If there is an issue or a discrepancy on an item description etc and you can go back and change history on what was promised/agreed to/item description/etc that's not good.

If you need to change a thread for obvious reasons (like Fred K) then PM a mod, it's really not that hard. A mod will help out.
Or, start a new thread referring to the old thread.

In certain situations where it's more than 60 days old and you need to make a MAJOR change, I think a new thread would be acceptable if a mod isn't available to change it for you. Does that happen a lot?
Later on the mod could merge them (or delete the original one) to clean house.

i have alot of post i cant edit, so he is not the only one.I dont see what the fuss is, says you can edit for 60 days accoring to an above post.
Who goes back and edits a post 60 days later unless you have a FS thread.
Fred needs too edit, and is realy the only person affected by this. If you need to edit do like BK said.
