You have a short somewhere. You need a VOM to check the circuitry. There is a relay for the horn. If you remove it, you can check each wire for shorts. Dk green goes to the horns, black goes to the horn buttons. orange goes to the fuse box. With the horns disconnected, the green should read the resistance of the horns, and black should read open. If one reads 0 ohms it is shorted to ground. If you push the horn buttons the black wire should read ground. The orange may read some value for the bulbs in the circuit. If it reads 0 ohms, it has a short...it is connected to all the lights, horn, and a lot of other stuff. Look for worn insulation. You did not tell us what works. If the orange wire does not read ground (some resistance) put a fuse in and see if the lights work.

yeah most of the electrical stuff in my car dont work like the power locks the power mirrors dont work light under the hood an the interior lights also dont work the only things that work is the power seat an the radio the climate control an the dash lights I check under the dash an there is a orange wire that burn so it looks like that my problem (WHERE IS THE HORN RELAY LOCATED)

The horn relay is located in the convenience center under the dash. There should be three square relays in a row, the one seperate from the others is the horn relay.
