Are these decent? I think most ppl get the BL or BTL, but my amp (MA Audio HK-401sx) put out [email protected], and [email protected] so I'm probably looking for one sub around 1000-1500wrms, or 2 subs at 800wrms each.

Currently I have two 12" Alpine Type Rs, and I'm just not so sure they are cutting it. Kinda unhappy with them cwm1

I may upgrade to two 15"s, or one 15" (BTL or BL), but have never heard these subs.

My problem with the Type Rs are they don't seem to get low enough. I've had em in an oversized box, a small accurate box and now a ported box...and it's whatever to me.

My other setup uses the same amp, but two 15" eD O series and it gets so low, loud and I love them.

$250? Choice of small sealed box no carpet(homemade) or ported with black carpet.

na i have to build a custom box, so only the subs. let me know a price on that.

If you want to get low, go with the Q that will realy get down.

I have the MJ18m with an FS of 25hz in a larger then rec box, so it gets low realy realy low. which is what I like.

23.5 hz 2 of them, and youll be shacking pictures off the wall literaly.

RUn it 1/2 ohm and youll be good.

BTW Im hitting 140.07 DB @ 30hz on 800rms total (not to ea sub)with my 18s should be 145 or close with full power.

Still on my little 4 channel amp, it rocks and cant nobody realy touch me on bass with that little bit of power.
