What is the total surface area of those pistons versus the stock caliper?

Yes those fit behind stock wheels according to TCE. Just need to mod the spindle.

Be sure to follow the bedding instructions To the letter. The hardest part is to find a place to romp on the brakes like you need to.
After bedding properly, the brakes work amazing. I had a hard stop after misbehaving on the interstate last night, and it felt like I threw out multiple boat anchors that were digging into the pavement. Very, very nice.
