I came across a product recently that used some things that I think would be great for this project if some of the more electrically inclined would like to make a kit for people. Idea is to use an air actuator hidden under the carpet to activate your high beams. Would take a relay in there as well I suppose if you are still running full headlight wattage through the switch. Switch and relay enclosed in a nice little box would be a neat little mod!

Thinking about this more I would like to keep the function of the origional stalk (Since I put a flash to pass in there) but have the floor mount be a flash to pass as well. Meaning high beams stay on as long as you hold down the foot pedal. The actuators above have momentary or on off models.
