SOLD

To be clear I do not want to part it out. That would be your job should you choose to accept it.

96 DGGM SS 200k+
Car was rear ended but most visible damage is on the passenger rear quarter.
The frame was tweaked above the rear axle on that same side.
Front and rear bumper shocks did their job.
This was a reliable daily driver (wife drove it to work every day for years) before the wreck.
I actually drove it another year myself a couple days a week.
Currently I think the fuel pump is out as the pump is not active with power.
The pics are soon after the wreck. The SS wheels have been replaced with 9C1 wheels now.
I will send current visual condition pics on request. It has been outside so it's dirty and the paint is weathered in the usual ways.
Would prefer a local to come pick it up or you can arrange your own transport.
Car is in my driveway. Keller, Texas.
I know it's worth more parted out than as a whole but I'm not into that right now.
I might take $2000. Let's talk.
Clear title in hand. No salvage title as I kept it after Ins. paid it off.

the body and frame was crushed . possible the frame shop can pull it back . will need a total paint job . hope it gets back ..

SOLD caprice

2nd car

Have a 96 LT-1 Caprice that I will add to the deal. Runs and drives. Has a shift solenoid code (1-2).
Most reliable car I ever owned.
Package deal for both. Lots of parts if that's your interest.
Both are just sitting in my drive. Need em gone.

May have to go to the scrap yard. Would be a waste of prime parts.

Can you post some interior and exterior photos of the 96 LT-1 Caprice? How many miles? Original drivetrain?

I'm interested in the Caprice as well. Does the a/c work?

Can the impala be driven ? I might be interested.

sorry for the delay. just saw your posts.
The Caprice is all original. Drivetrain is OEM. Trans rebuilt within 2 years but has issues now, Code for 1-2 shift solenoid.
Flexplate replaced also but don't like the workmanship so needs inspection. Runs and drives with trans issue. It will shift but the solenoid thing is there. AC works but not well at this time. I've been re-charging it myself but have not this year as I'm not driving it.
Current inspection due this month.
mileage is around 275,000. Yes it is. You wouldn't think it by driving it other than the trans shift solenoid issue.
Over the years I've replaced the usual stuff that goes. Most recent on the engine area was the mech. fan clutch and a heater hose.
It leaks a bit of oil from the normal spots. never had an over temp issue.
No battery in it now but I know it will start and run/drive. (trans issue aside)
Paint is rough and faded (Garnet red). Interior is surprisingly sound. Little fade on the dash. Window tint is junk.
I have extra wheels and a couple new tires for it. Included.
I'm not parting either car at this time. Just don't have the drive or need. Want someone to take one or both. I guarantee a good price.

Don't waste these 2 cars

Dropped a battery in both cars today.
The 96 DGGM SS wants to start but like before, no fuel pump prime. Never comes on.
The 96 Caprice starts right up (been about 3-4 months). Same as before with the trans code. Seems like the torque converter is not right also. After the flex plate replacement it's just not been right. That shop closed up of course......
Anyway, I still drove it around the block. Brakes seemed softer than before but ok.

If you have the time and space to store them they are a parts store on wheels.

My AAA will get them the 1st 100 miles.
