How do you remove the upper mount, the one up by the headliner where the belt just slides through?

Pop the cover off, take the bolt out.

It's all in the FSM/Factory Service Manual, may need to work on more of the car someday and it comes in handy, good reading too.
It's written at about a fourth or fifth grade level so it's pretty easy to comprehend.
I know you can read if you can type posts???
