Need to replace my original leather covers - driver bottom as well as the driver top. How hard is this and what is involved?

About to start this project and have a couple of questions.
1) Can the seat bottom and back covers be replaced with the seat in the car or does the seat need to be taken out of the car
2) How do you remove the seat back reclining lever that is on the left side of the drivers seat
3) How do you remove the head rest?

Easier with seat out of the car. Lever held in by clip like those that used to secure window cranks (remember those)....
Headrests are more difficult. Yes,there is a tool. Or, one be made from strip of metal.

I honestly don't know how you would re skin your seats without taking them out

and go to 3:20 ---> Do your self a favor and get a steamer so that you can rejuvenate your foam

2. Pick tool, trim panel remover and BE CAREFUL!!!!!!!

3. their are some Headrest removal tools, I''m not sure if you need one for this type of seat
above video 2:33, when the skin is removed their might be some type of white plastic clamps holding them in place
it looks like the tech dude was removing them
