I have heater problems in my 1962 Impala. I have checked the fuse and it is good. There is voltage to the relay switch that is mounted to the fan control. There is voltage on what looks like a heating device. Not sure what that is. However when I turn on the switch and turn on the fan switch. The fan doesn't come on. Where is the heater fan located. I don't have any schemantics
