I'm just wondering what others experiences were with Global West. I ordered a set of LCA arms from them 6 weeks ago and still haven't received them. I've called them three times and each time they've told me that they would be shipped with in a couple of days. They billed my credit card right away. I've read about how bad (or non-existant) there computer skills are ... but haven't heard about their overall customer service. Does it normally take this long to get some control arms from them???

Global West= Fantastic products, crappy customer service.

Took me like a month to get my control arms when they promised a week or two... If they weren't significantly better than anyone elses I wouldn't have put up with it.

Their customer service sucks. They sent my springs and lca's to the wrong customer. So it took a couple of months for me to get them.

This isn't the first time I have heard of poor customer service stories with Global West.

I just wanted to add that they mailed my springs the same day that I ordered them. They gave me quick service.

Hello.
This kind of business practice definetly disturbs me, especially since, I plan on calling them in the a.m. to order the del-a-lum upper and lower C/A bushings. If they can't deliver the parts within a week or two, I'll have to buy the Energy Suspension bushings or I'll just put the Moog C/A bushings in the car. I'm not sure which would be better between the two.

On a brighter note, I ordered the HO swaybars today from HO Racing and was told they would be shipped out tonight...fingers crossed.

My car sat on jackstands for two weeks awaiting their front springs, despite every-other-day assurances that my springs would "ship out the next day".

I'm very happy with the springs, and the folks on the phone seemed very polite, but I was pretty frustrated by the time my springs arrived.

Well I'm glad to see they are atleast consistant with their poor service and that it's not just me. It's too bad that service isn't a priority with them ... but sometimes you just have to take it when you want a certain quality product -- like all you that waited for months to get Grots when they were the only long tube. But what really bugs me is calling GW to get an order update ... and they put me on hold and I have to listen to that god-awful music they play. It makes me want to hang up and forget about inquiring about my order ... oh well. I'm done complaining

I ordered their front springs, the QA1's, Del-a-lum lowers, and their trailing arms. Within 2 weeks, I had everything. Sorry to hear everyone's problems. I've had nothing but good experiences with them.

To chime in I've been waiting over six weeks
for LCA's. I have called weekley and the story is always going to ship in a day or two. I can understand that they are busy but
they billed my credit card over a month ago
and I still do not have the parts. Plus, the
Impala is sitting with the dreaded cracks in
both stock arms. The sway bar bolts are pulling through the top of the arm. So for
now I sit and wait. To their credit they are
always very nice, just no parts.

Driving my beater lincoln and waiting and
waiting and waiting.
