I got a 94 impala that I just did a tune-up on, and my idle is still rough. I have MSD wires, coil, and AC Delco platinum plugs. I checked my spark plug wires at night and see that all of them have flashing light coming out where they attach to the plugs. So I bought new wires and there still flashing. Im pretty sure the wires arent bad. So im guessing the MSD coil is whats doing it. Can someone help me on this.

They may have been arcing for so long that there are carbon tracks down the side of the plugs themselves. You can try cleaning the spark plugs' insulators with something like carburetor cleaner on a rag, but you may end up just needing to replace the plugs, too. You can try lightly coating the inside of the plug boots with dielectric grease, that may help.

Are the plugs gapped properly?

Also it doent look like the wires are arching. It looks like light coming out of the wires, not any sparks.
