Noticed 2 braided steel straps from the rear bumper support to the stock resonators on my '95 9c1. I just unbolted them from the resonator and wrapped em around the bumper shocks when I did my exhaust.

Are these part of the 'Radio Ground Package' the 9c1's were optioned with, or are they just there to hold the dang exhaust up?

They are part of the 9C1 ground package.

But would they have anything to do with the radio ground?

My radio is working fine, no whine. I do get a bad ass shock every time I get out of the car- Just wondering if they had a use.

guess i'll have to find something else to ground them on since there are no longer any exhaust pipes in that location..
