Fellow SS Family members,

How sweet it is to purchase parts to get ready for a major project on the SS. We all know the feeling. The anticipation of something new & improved for the cars we love so much.

I'm waiting for the Bilsten's to come via UPS from California. This morning I received from Summit Racing my centerlink & Hotchkis springs, & in early May I got the Super Front End kit from PST.

Next week the rebuilding of the front end commences. I know that some people don't care, but I just had to share my enthusiasm with someone & who better than the SS family.

Thanks for listening,
Stretch

You are gonna be even happier when you are done. I did that same rebuild...minus the springs in late May using the PST kit. The ride is substantially better!!

Now I just need to tackle the rear!!

Jealousy sets in.....

That's the exact set-up I'll be getting hopefully within the next month! My a/c went out and I live in Houston...that takes precedence over the suspension this month. Those of you from the south know this! Good luck and keep us posted on how the install goes along with any tips/pros you run into.

I know the feeling. I had new springs, airlifts w/compressor, and bilstiens waiting together in the garage for a week. I couldnt wait until the time finally came. I know I dont have as kick a$$ setups as many here, but I am really satisfied with the ride and handling improvements over stock  . Cant wait to add LCA's and sways. Now I have to get the car to George Bates so he can install the new carpets. I also have a new overlay and new leather shifter (96's) to put on. Too bad I spent this summer's car improvement budget already. :(
Just wait until you get behind the wheel of it after they are on. :D

Ouch!
No a/c in a BBB in the south. Tough.
Hope you get that fixed.
