I need a new head unit for my Impala. Is anyone still making a 1.5 DIN?

I am really not a big audio enthusiast but I do enjoy clean sound. Can anyone provide some recommendations based on my goals and setup listed below?

-I really do not want to spend more than about $150
-I want something that looks good and is user-friendly
-I currently have Rockford Power series 4x6's and 6x9's powered by a Rockford 400.4 amp
-I do not have a sub nor do I plan to install one in the future so adjustable sub level or sub outputs are not a big concern.

Many of the head units I have looked at have 2 sets of RCA outputs: a Front and a Sub. Can the "Sub" output be used for the "rear" input on my amp? Or will this result in only bass being sent to the 6x9's? Is there really a difference between "rear" and "sub?"

Here is one that I am looking at: http://www.ebay.com/itm/PIONEER-DEH-P7400HD-CAR-AUDIO-STEREO-CD-MP3-WMA-PLAYER-RECEIVER-USB-AUX-HD-RADIO-/261007706653?pt=Car_Audio_In_Dash_Receivers&hash=item3cc5458a1d&vxp=mtr This fits the price range and has a front, rear, and sub 4v RCA output. Thoughts?

"Normally" head units with only rear and sub RCA's will have the ability to send all audio frequencies to all channels so you can use the sub outputs to control rear speakers. Where the differences are is that you loose the ability to balance the sound from front to rear. The sub output RCA's are controlled by another adjustment called "sub". Either way you can get it to work.
