Sup with it people

I have 2 units that I want for my "future" Impala SS. I'm buying all the audio stuff now because I need to find a good Impala that is for sale on a dealership rather than a private owner cause I need to payments to build up my credit. So while I'm waiting for a good one to pop up on a lot I'm going to buy all the goodies for it.

Ight here is what I'm looking at....

Dont know much details on this cd player unit because I just went with the looks of it. From what the Best Buy guy said its a good ass unit. The price is 400.

Navigation/DVD/CD Touch flip screen unit. Will run me 600 bucks.

I also had my eyes on a in dash touch screen but couldnt snap pics cause my phone didnt have anymore room for it.

Just want some insight on which would look nice in it. I also need to know some good amps to run my speakers off.

If you have any better suggestions in head units post up some pics of em with the price and were I can pick it up.

I think an in-dash touch screen would be nice. That way it's flush and it looks more stock-ish.

Might wanna do some research on that Dual brand.
There might be a reason that it is priced that low.

Ive seen comparable systems from brands like Pioneer, Alpine, and Kenwood go for $1400+ with the same features.

I would be careful since it seems the common problems on these are motors and touchscreen not workin like they should.

If you do go for the in dash unit, might want to look into getting the the extended service plan just in case. I think the max would be 3 years.

They sell the Dual one at Wal-mart for about half the price.

Yea some other people was telling me that Dual products aren't worth the money. The in dash was a dual also and I think that's all my local best buy carries.

I think I may just stick with the pioneer head unit. But he did tell me about the motor in the unit will go out in about 3-4 years so just to expect for it to last 10 years.

Do yall know any other stores that carry different types of touch screen units other than Dual?
