i have a 92 caprice and i really need some help. im trying to install a forever sharp steering wheel. when i put the aftermrket hub on, and tighten it down, it sits against the turn signal assembly. and when i turn my steering wheel, the turn signal assembly turns with it and rubs my column. has anyone ran into this? ive tried different hubs and got the same thing

You must remove the clockspring, and the two tabs at the top inside of the bezel.
