The horn on my 95 was out at least i thought it was dead. I accidently tapped it while driving and it worked. While it home I pressed the horn button on the wheel nothing, while holding it and hitting the wheel it came on. Is this a problem on our cars?

On my newest white 94 Fleetwood, the horn doesnt work on it either even though the fuse is fine. The horn works because I set off the factory alarm yesterday.

On my wrecked 94 the horn works while parked, but once you drive it works when it wants to work.

My Buicks horn is touchy. you blow on it, and it will sound. Sounds to me like the switches are junk on these cars.

I had a problem with my horn too. But it was my horns... I guess all those years of my car being a limo got to the horns...
