I just had my complete suspension rebuilt using global west control arm bushings hotchkis springs, sway bars, blistein shocks new ball joints everything else moog, and got Three unexpected suprises

One the ride is for the lack of a better way to put it gigily, is that normal?

Two turning radius is huge compared to before is that what everyone else experianced?

Three I still have a rattle over small bumps that I thought before was suspension.

Handling is good all the slop in steering is gone.
Very firm ride that I still need to get used to.

Paul,

I have the Hotchkis Springs, Sway Bars &B Extended Rear Arms. HAL SHocks and the Global West Del A Lum bushings done. Along with a total replacement of all the front end component with New Moog parts.

I haven't noticed a turning radius problem, if anything the car turns in tighter, if that's possible. I did replace the Steering gearbox at the same time so it's hard to tell. Your mods should not have had an effect on the turning radius.
IS it possible that the alignment might have too much, toe out?

The Global West Del-A-Lums give you a bit more feedback from the road along with the tighter front end. Is that the "gigly" feeling you are describing?

I picked up a rattle over shallow bumps when I did my suspension mod. The rattle went away when I installed my Hotchkis airbags in the rear. I had suspected the rear springs were moving in their pockets a little when they unloaded over the shallow bumps. Anyway, I no longer hear it since the Airbags.
