I am looking for a spring that will drop my car about 1"-2" not more than 2 and help with performance on my 95 SS I already have Monroe SS shocks and ZQ8 bumpstops. Which of these would be good or would you suggest another one. ST, Intrax, hotchkis, or eibach.

I would probably tell you to go with Intrax or Hotchkis. They are both progressive rate springs and will most likely give you a little better ride than ST's. I have ST's and the drop is nice. 2" all around and it's dead even but the ride is pretty jarring. I don't really care but you might.

Eibach can give you an unpredictable drop. I believe it's rated at 1.5" but I've seen pics of cars that have gotten more like a 3" drop with them

Hotchkis. i also have the monroe SS shocks and ZQ8 bumpstops and the car has a very sport yet comfortable ride, handles excellently, and has a nice slightly raked stance. Looks mean.

If you want a performing spring, go with Hotchkis, or the new B body performance springs. I have the Hotchkis, and I love the stance. You can see some pics on my cardomain. They ride quite comfortably when cruising around, and when you want to drive it through the turns hard they will stiffen up and handle like a sports car. FWIW, I run the sport bilsteins, 1104-0929s. Great combo IMO. When I get enough cash to blow I plan to get the rest of the Hotchkis goodies.(sway bars, rear control arms)

Hope that helps.

Thanks for the info every one. I like that the hotchkis perform well, but am not sure about the rake. I thnk I would like about a 1.5" or so drop all the way around.

I will have some Intrax springs for sale shortly. The front was cut a touch to bring the front down about .25" more so that it does not look like I am dragging a#$ when i have people in the back.
The reason I am switch, the springs havw about 10,000 miles on them, I am raising my car up a little bitm the streets really suck in Bakersfield.
Email me if interested. WHen they are off the car I am going to post them unless some one calls dibs first.

I felt major improvement in handling. I also have the monroe SS shocks. I have not been in a car with hotchkis so I could not give you a comparison.
I would go with intraxx if you like the level drop and has a progressive spring rate also.
Take the ones for sale tbsimmons. I also recommend the front springs to be cut just a little. The way the back wheel looks gives the illusion that the back is dropped more. It isnt the case though. Good luck.

Do you have any heavy stereo equipment in your trunk?
I love the Hotchkis/Bilstein package.
Check out more stance pics in my cardomain.
