Photos of Bill Harper's WX3 C5 Z06 Rear Brake Kit that I installed during a complete rear axle build.

The 330mm OE C6 Z51 rotors were modified to fit the B-Body 5x5 bolt circle / centerbore and are from KORE3.

Here's a photo of my future front KORE3 Big Brake Kit. C6 Z06 6 piston caliper mounted to a modified 9C1 knuckle with a KORE3 bracket.
Rotors are KORE3 modified 355mm DBA4000. Will require 19" C6 Z06 wheels to clear the caliper.

Have you got the brake bolt mod done?, that will make a difference considering that our rear brakes don't do crap if stock.

My question exactly. Not that I cheaped out, well I guess I did but all I did was put on ceramic brakes and drilled/slotted rotors all around and my caprice stops on a dime with 24s and a 500LB stereo system. I still have my brake bolt in the arm rest waiting to be installed. I would love a big brake kit, but I have so many other projects to do first.

Does anyone offer just bracketry to get C6 brakes onto the front of my Caprice? I have a hookup on calipers, rotors and brake lines. i could easily have the rotors machined for my bolt pattern as well. I just need the brackets.

It's not quite that simple....the addition of a slip-on rotor to a hub, whether a billet KORE3 hub, or something made from a standard brake rotor, will dictate what your bracket setup will be.

The adapter bracket kit from KORE3 is designed to position the caliper over the rotor with their billet hub.

There is someone (I recall) who makes adapter brackets to mount C5/C6 brakes on a cut-down OE rotor converted to a hub. Not aware of a website, maybe they'll see this and respond.
