$40/year, which gets you an ISSCA membership. Among other benefits, this includes the magazine (6 times/year).

I'm only 18 and don't have a Impala yet, slowly working my way on saving enough up. Do I need to have one to have a ISSCA membership?

Nope. ISSCA membership is open to anyone, whether they own an SS, 9C1, Roadmaster, Fleetwood, Olds Custom Cruiser, or none of the above and they just think these are really cool cars
